The Teacher Education (Consecutive) B.Ed program at Queen's University is tailored for individuals who possess an undergraduate degree and aspire to become certified teachers. The program spans four consecutive terms, focusing on foundational education principles, teaching methodologies, and subject-specific courses that align with your teaching interests.

Applicants must hold a recognized undergraduate degree, with a minimum of a 3-year General degree. Preference is given to those with a 4-year Honours undergraduate degree.
A minimum “B” average is required, calculated from the best 10 full-year courses based on the grading scale of the institution attended.
Additionally, applicants must complete coursework in developmental psychology and/or introductory psychology:
Completion of a 4-year Honours degree (20 full-year courses) is recommended. If you have fewer than 20 full-year courses, it is advisable to complete additional courses to enhance your competitiveness for admission.
