Overview

Esthetician – Spa Management offers a comprehensive blend of practical skin and body treatment training along with essential business management skills for operating a successful spa. Students will engage in simulated spa environments to practice services while mastering client relations, retail operations, and daily management tasks.

Practical learning components:

• Client service practice and professional communication
• Retail and front-desk operational skills, including service coordination and customer experience
• Hands-on training in esthetics, covering facial, body, and related services
• Exposure to advanced modalities such as microdermabrasion, chemical peels, and light-based technologies

Entry requirements

Academic background: Applicants should possess an Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) or an equivalent qualification.

English language requirements

Minimum English test scores vary by programme. Commonly accepted tests include:

• IELTS: 6.0

In addition to the OSSD or equivalent, applicants must have:

• Grade 12 English (ENG4C or ENG4U or equivalent)
