Applicants should possess an undergraduate or graduate degree from an accredited institution, achieving an average of 70% or higher in their last 20 courses (60 credit hours). Those who do not meet the average may still be considered under exceptional circumstances, provided they demonstrate the ability to succeed in graduate studies through relevant professional experience, leadership roles, research, or publications.
