What you'll study

The Bachelor of Historical Inquiry and Practice features a flexible curriculum, enabling you to tailor your educational experience. You will complete eight core units that provide a strong foundation in historical inquiry and practice.

Additionally, you can focus on your areas of interest by choosing two Majors, one Major and two Minors, or one Major and one Minor. Specialization options cover diverse topics, including ancient civilizations, European history, family history, archaeology, and heritage conservation. You also have the opportunity to select up to eight elective units from UNE’s extensive offerings.

Entry requirements

Admission to the program generally requires the completion of an Australian Year 12 qualification or an equivalent.
