Entry Requirements

Academic Requirements

  • Minimum GPA: 3.5 on a 4.0 weighted scale (subject to change)
  • SAT: Minimum combined score of 1420 (Evidence-Based Reading and Writing + Math)
  • OR ACT: Minimum composite score of 31
  • SAT Subject Tests: Strongly recommended, preferably in the sciences (all subject tests will be reviewed)
  • High School Science Preparation: Must be on track to graduate and complete four years of laboratory sciences, including one year each of biology, chemistry, and physics

English Requirements

  • TOEFL iBT: Minimum score of 79
  • IELTS Academic: Minimum score of 6.5

General Requirements

  • Submit the Common Application or the Coalition Application along with all required documents
  • Applicants must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident, seeking first-year admission
  • Must be on track to graduate from an American high school
