Entry requirements

Applicants must possess an educational background equivalent to a Dutch academic Bachelor’s degree (research university) with a minimum duration of three years. The programme is tailored for graduates from science disciplines who have a keen interest in biological research and computational methods, including but not limited to chemistry, biology, biotechnology, biomedical sciences, artificial intelligence, computer science, mathematics, and physics.

English requirements

  • TOEFL iBT: Minimum score of 92
  • IELTS Academic: Minimum score of 6.5

Other requirements

  • The admission decision is influenced by your training in three key subject areas. Direct admission is granted if you have training in all three areas.
  • If you meet two of the three subject requirements, a minimum GPA of 6.5 is required.
  • If you have training in only one of the three subjects, you must have a GPA of at least 7.0.
