  • New applications are required for a new academic year; late applications may be considered based on availability.
  • Upload all required documents through the online portal (emails are not accepted). Applications remain pending until all documents are submitted.
  • Personal statement must be original (plagiarism checks apply).
  • Two recommendation letters from high school teachers/counsellors are mandatory. Include their emails for automatic submission.
  • Submit official English results: TOEFL/Duolingo official results; upload IELTS copy with TRF number.
  • TOEFL “MyBest Scores” and IELTS “One Skill Retake” are accepted. If placement concerns arise, a retake may be required. Improved scores may be accepted until the last working day before the semester at 4 PM CLT.

Student insurance (if required)
