Scholarship Description:

Thammasat University’s School of Global Studies is pleased to offer a pioneering Master's degree in Social Innovation and Sustainability. The graduate program designed for working professionals and driven by a mission to develop a vibrant and diverse community of practitioners and researchers in Southeast Asia with the knowledge, mindset, and skills necessary for tackling the region’s most pressing social and environmental challenges while creating prosperous, just, inclusive and sustainable communities.

We are currently offering two types of scholarships (100% & Partial Tuition Scholarship):- Thesis / Research Scholarships - For those with the ambition to pursue a career in research and consider the MA as a stepping stone to doing a Ph.D.- Social Innovator Scholarship - For those who have experience in social innovation projects or had worked in the social impact sector and are looking to deepen their education in the alike field at a master's level.

Degree Level:

MA Program - School of Global Studies, Thammasat University, Thailand. is available to undertake Masters level programs at Thammasat University.

Available Subjects:

Following subject are available to study under this scholarship program.

• Sustainability
• Social Innovation

Depends on the program’s committee consideration.

Scholarship Benefits:

The scholarship will be covered in tuition fee. Students will have to pay for living stipends by themselves.

Eligible Nationalities:

We accept an applicant from all nationalities

Eligibility Criteria:

• New applicants applying for 2020 – 2021 admission and had been accepted into the program in admission round 1 – 3
• Those with a minimum GPA of 3.0 and up.
• Those with at least two or three years of community leadership initiative experience.

Scholarship program criteria:

• 1.       Apply for the MA program at SGS, Thammasat University and passed the interview.
• 2.       Only applicants who passed the interview are eligible to apply for Scholarship program.
• 3.       Send a SCHOLARSHIP PAPER AND PRESENTATION
• 4.       Applicants will be evaluated based on their past experience, academic ability, and skills in research, writing and analytical thinking. 

Last date for submission of application:

• 1.       5th April, 2021 for the MA program admission in round 3
• 2.       16th May, 2021 for the scholarship program
