Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Demonstrate significant experience in movement building, community organizing, or network facilitation.
- Have expertise in participatory learning, facilitation, and organizational learning.
- Possess experience designing Communities of Practice or collaborative networks.
- Show a strong understanding of civic space, social movements, and human rights ecosystems.
- Have experience facilitating multicultural and multi-country engagements.
- Demonstrate excellent qualitative research, analysis, and report-writing skills.
- Experience with human-centered design, participatory design, or systems thinking methodologies is highly desirable.
Scope of Work
The selected consultant will be responsible for:
- Conducting a participatory assessment of the WeRise network.
- Designing and facilitating an inclusive community listening process.
- Co-creating the WeRise Community model with members.
- Developing the community's value proposition.
- Designing a sustainable community engagement framework.
- Preparing a strategic implementation roadmap for the WeRise Global Community.
