Indorama Ventures GSL is offering an exciting HR internship opportunity for students who are eager to gain hands-on experience in the People Enablement domain. This internship is based at the Corporate Head Office in Thailand and provides interns with exposure to practical HR functions, from training management to employee engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities of HR - People Enablement Intern
As a People Enablement Intern, you will be responsible for a variety of HR tasks, including:
- Managing and updating employee training records using Excel and SuccessFactors.
- Preparing and summarizing training data reports for management review.
- Supporting post-training evaluations by collecting and analyzing feedback.
- Preparing and submitting training documentation to the Department of Skill Development (DSD).
- Assisting in training sessions, ensuring that all materials, equipment, and supplies are available.
- Performing other HR-related duties as assigned by the team.
Qualifications Required
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Fluent in Thai and English with a strong interest in HR practices.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva or Photoshop is preferred.
