All undergraduate degree programmes at Loughborough University are eligible for the International Scholarship, except Foundation programmes. Whether you’re interested in Engineering, Business, Sport Science, or Natural Sciences, you’ll be automatically considered for this award.

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the Loughborough International Scholarship 2025, applicants must:
- Be an international student (self-funded).
- Hold an undergraduate offer from Loughborough University.
- Select Loughborough University as their firm choice via UCAS.
- Meet the required academic conditions:AAA from three A-levels (or equivalent qualification).
- Some programs require A*AA, including:
- MEng Aeronautical Engineering
- MEng Automotive Engineering
- MEng Mechanical Engineering
- BSc Sport and Exercise Science
- MSci Natural Sciences
- Have completed qualifications in one sitting (no resits).
- Deferrals are not automatically eligible — applicants must re-confirm with the Global Engagement Team.
Application Procedure
No separate application is required for the scholarship.
All international applicants who apply for an undergraduate degree through UCAS are automatically considered based on their academic achievements. Successful candidates will be notified of their award shortly after receiving their offer letter from Loughborough University’s Admissions Office.
