Business and Law Merit Scholarships for International Students at De Montfort  University in UK 2014

These £5,000 scholarships will  be awarded to outstanding students, wishing to study at Masters level, who have  excelled academically. Award of these Faculty of Business and Law scholarships  is through an application and selection process.

 

Scholarship Details: ( Business and Law Merit Scholarships for International Students at De Montfort  University in UK 2014)

• Scholarships are awarded  within Faculty of Business and Law scholarships for the following  courses: MBA (Global), MSc Accounting and Finance, MA Management  of Human Resources and MSc Marketing Management.


• Scholarships are available for pursuing masters  degree level at De Montfort University.

Eligibility: -Final or expected Bachelor’s degree  classification of second class honours, upper division (2.1). An offer of  admission from DMU. -These scholarships are only available to students with  overseas status and paying overseas tuition fees. -Valid for September 2014  entry only. -Students receiving this scholarship will not be eligible for any  additional scholarships or discounts other than the £500 full payment discount.  If a student is also eligible for another scholarship, other than the £500 full  payment discount, he or she will only receive the higher value scholarship.

• International students can apply for these  merit scholarships.


• 10 merit scholarships are offered.  Scholarships are available as follows: MBA (Global): 2, MSc Accounting and  Finance: 2, MA Management of Human Resources: 1, MSc Marketing  Management: 1 and Non-programme specific scholarships: 4.


• These £5,000 scholarships  will be awarded to outstanding students, wishing to study at Masters level, who  have excelled academically. DMU will deduct the value of the scholarship  from the full academic course tuition fee at enrollment. If the student is  also entitled to the £500 discount for early payment of their fees in full  at enrollment, this discount will be added to the amount deducted.


• Scholarships will be awarded on the  basis of academic merit.


• Winners of the scholarship will be  notified by 1^st August 2014.


• To apply, please complete the  scholarship application web form. The 500 word statement should cover the  following points: -Why you should be awarded the scholarship -Your  understanding of and passion for your chosen area of study -How you would  make a positive contribution to DMU -How a DMU education would benefit you  in the future


• The application deadline  is 13^th July 2014.
