Required Documents for Application Submission 

Bachelor's Degree Applicants:

• Identification document
• Previous education documents with transcript and notarized translation (if applicable)
• Personal statement
• Recommendation letter
• Medical certificate for studying abroad
• Application form
• Optional: Invitation letter from a Kazakhstan university

Master's Degree Applicants:

• All documents required for Bachelor's degree
• Bachelor’s or specialist diploma with a minimum GPA of 3.0 or equivalent
• Two recommendation letters
• International language proficiency certificate (such as IELTS, TOEFL, etc.)
• Substantiation of the dissertation research topic

PhD Degree Applicants:

• All documents required for Master's degree
• Master’s or specialist diploma with a minimum GPA of 3.0 or equivalent
• Justification of the dissertation research topic

Application Process Overview:

1. Submit Documents Online: Access the application portal at https://studyin.kz/, go to the Scholarship Programs section, and click “Proceed” to start your application.
2. Psychological Testing: If required, complete the psychological test via the link provided in your personal account.
3. Online Interview: Prepare for and attend an online interview as part of the selection process.
4. Educational Programs: Find a comprehensive list of programs offered by universities here
5. Application Form: Available in Kazakh, Russian, or English. Submit your application here.
