What you'll study

• Programme Structure: The program consists of a comprehensive curriculum over typically 24 months, including 18 months of in-person modular study followed by a 6-month Master’s thesis.
• In-person modules: You will attend eight modules, each lasting five days, spread throughout the first 18 months. These modules are hosted at various universities in German-speaking countries.
• Master’s thesis: Following the completion of the modules, you will dedicate approximately six months to your Master’s thesis, where you will apply your learning in a focused research project.

Learning project at your home faculty

• As part of the program, you will create an independent training course or workshop tailored to your home faculty.
• This project involves planning, developing, and assessing an educational intervention that integrates concepts such as didactics and learning outcomes from the program.
• You will conclude your project with a detailed written report summarizing your findings and evaluations.

Module locations

• The in-person modules will take place at selected universities across German-speaking countries.
• Module 8 is unique, as it is conducted at a different university each year, either in Germany or internationally.
