The Master of Cybersecurity and Leadership (MCL) program at the University of Washington Tacoma is designed to enhance both cybersecurity expertise and leadership skills for professionals, including military personnel. This 24-month graduate program equips students to assess cyber risks, communicate security priorities effectively, and lead initiatives aimed at safeguarding organizational systems.
The MCL curriculum integrates foundational cybersecurity knowledge with essential leadership and organizational skills. Courses focus on applying security concepts within governance, risk management, and program management contexts.
