The Commonwealth Scholarship Commission in the UK (CSC) administers the UK government's Commonwealth scholarship program, which is aligned with international development goals. Since its inception in 1960, the CSC has supported more than 30,000 individuals in pursuing studies in the United Kingdom, enabling them to acquire valuable skills, knowledge, and connections to address global development issues.
The CSC's application portal will remain accessible for submissions until October 17, 2023. There are 26 slots available for Master's degree nominations and 30 slots available for PhD nominations.
Fully Funded HEC Commonwealth Scholarships for Masters and PhD Without IELTS, UK. is available to undertake Masters, PhD level programs at UK Universities.

Each scholarship includes the following provisions:
Airfare: Scholars receive approved airfare from their home country to the UK and back at the end of the scholarship period. However, the CSC will not reimburse airfare costs for dependents or for journeys made before the award is officially confirmed.
Tuition Fees: The scholarship covers full tuition fees as agreed upon between the CSC and the UK university. Scholars are not required to pay any portion of the tuition fees.
Stipend (Living Allowance): Scholars receive a monthly stipend of £1,347. Those studying at universities in the London metropolitan area receive a slightly higher stipend of £1,652 per month. These stipend rates are based on current levels.
Warm Clothing Allowance: If applicable, scholars may receive a warm clothing allowance.
Study Travel Grant: A study travel grant is provided to assist with the expenses related to study-related travel within the UK or abroad.
Child Allowance: In the case of Scholars who are widowed, divorced, or single parents with children, they may receive a child allowance. This allowance is £576.61 per month for the first child and £143 per month for the second and third children under the age of 16, provided that they live with the Scholar at the same address in the UK.
Support for Scholars with Disabilities: Scholars who have disabilities can receive a comprehensive assessment of their needs and eligibility for additional financial support from the CSC.
It's important to note that the family allowances provided by the CSC are designed to be a contribution toward the expenses associated with supporting a Scholar's family while in the UK. The actual costs of supporting family members are likely to be higher, and Scholars must be prepared to supplement these allowances to adequately support any family members accompanying them to the UK.
Pakistani Students or AJ&K (Azad Jammu and Kashmir) national and a permanent resident of Pakistan or AJ&K can apply for this scholarship.
To be eligible for these scholarships, you must meet the Higher Education Commission (HEC) eligibility criteria in addition to the Commonwealth Scholarship Commission (CSC) requirements outlined below:
Master's Scholarship: 2. For Master's scholarship applicants, you must hold a first-class degree in a relevant postgraduate qualification (equivalent to a 16-year Bachelor's or Master's degree) in the field of study by the closing date of the HEC application portal.
PhD Scholarship: 5. For PhD scholarship applicants, you must hold a first-class degree in a relevant postgraduate qualification (equivalent to 17/18 years of education, such as Masters or MS/MPhil) in the relevant field of study by the closing date of the HEC application portal.
CSC-Specific Eligibility: 8. You must be available to start your academic studies in the UK by the start of the UK academic year in September 2024.

Applicants are required to complete online applications on both the Commonwealth and HEC portals. Failure to submit applications on both websites as outlined in the following steps will result in HEC being unable to accept the application.

Step 2 (HEC Online Application):
Apply online through the HEC website at https://scholarships.hec.gov.pk/#/auth/login. After registering and completing your profile, select "Learning Opportunities Abroad." After submitting the application, obtain a printed copy to be signed by the applicant. The HEC online application portal will close on October 17, 2023, at 04:00 PM Pakistan Time. Before applying, ensure your HEC profile is updated with the latest email address, phone number, and updated information. We recommend completing and submitting your application well in advance, as the online application system may experience high traffic in the days leading up to the application deadline.
