Fully Funded Scotland Pakistan Scholarship 2023/24 for Pakistani Students.

Scholarship Description:

The Scotland-Pakistan Scholarships for Young Women and Girls 2023/24 is a program that funds graduate and undergraduate studies for Pakistani women in any HEC-recognized university in Pakistan. The scholarships are funded by the Scottish Government and aim to make higher education more accessible to women, supporting them in achieving their potential and ambition.

The scholarships are available at both the graduate and undergraduate levels. For the graduate level, the scholarships fund a maximum of two years of master's or MPhil study. For the undergraduate level, the scholarships fund a four-year bachelor's degree.

The British Council will administer the scholarship program in Pakistan and will coordinate with the selected scholars and universities.

Degree Level:

Fully Funded Scotland Pakistan Scholarship 2023/24 for Pakistani Students. is available to undertake Bachelor, Masters, Mphil level programs at UK Universities.

Available Subjects:

For Bachelors:

The scholarship will cover a four-year bachelor’s degree at an HEC-recognised Pakistani public university in one of the following subject areas only:

• Education
• Sustainable Energy
• Food Security and Agriculture
• Health Sciences

For Master's:

The scholarship will cover a two-year master’s/MPhil degree at an HEC-recognised Pakistani university in one of the following subject areas only:

• Education
• Sustainable Energy
• Food Security and Agriculture
• Health Sciences
• STEM 

Scholarship Benefits:

Scotland Pakistan Scholarships for Young Women and Girls Scheme will facilitate award-holders with the following:

• Tuition fees for courses in eligible fields
• University hostel costs (where applicable)
• Travel to and from home to university two times a year for students staying in on-campus hostels

Eligible Nationalities:

These scholarships are open to Pakistani female applicants only. 

Eligibility Criteria:

For Bachelor's:

• Be Pakistani nationals currently residing in Pakistan  
• Be pursuing a four-year bachelor’s degree in the above listed subject areas
• Hold a confirmed admission offer from an HEC recognised university in Pakistan

For Master's/MPhil:

• Be Pakistani nationals currently residing in Pakistan  
• Be pursuing a two year master’s degree in the above listed subject areas
• Hold a confirmed admission offer from an HEC recognised university in Pakistan 

Young women with disabilities, from rural areas and/or minority groups are encouraged to apply.
