To be eligible, the applicants must meet all the given criteria:

• be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, Permanent Humanitarian Visa Holder or New Zealand Citizen
• be a domestic undergraduate student
• Demonstrate financial disadvantage by either
• receiving a means-tested Commonwealth income support payment
• a comprehensive assessment by the university
