Helmut Veith Stipend Scholarships Austria 2023-24 is available to undertake Masters level programs at Vienna University of Technology.

Recipients of the Helmut Veith Stipend are granted an annual amount of EUR 6,000 for up to two years. Additionally, all tuition fees at TU Wien are waived off for these students.

Conditions for Continuation
To maintain the stipend, students are expected to exhibit consistent academic progress by achieving at least 25 ECTS credits per term from the master’s curriculum and maintaining a grade average of no more than 1.5. Furthermore, the stipend mandates recipients to reside in Austria during the term. Exceptions, like internships or research visits, need prior approval. The funding is designed to cover the duration of the master's program, capping at 2 years.
Candidates need to furnish a range of documents including a cover letter, CV, motivation letter, academic transcripts, diplomas, details of two referees, English language proficiency certificate, and a copy of their passport. All documents not originally in German or English need to be accompanied by a certified translation.
