Eligibility Criteria:

In order to be eligible for the Hubei Government Scholarship, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  4. Undergraduate Scholarship: Undergraduate applicants should be under the age of 25 on average and hold a degree equivalent to a Chinese High School Degree or higher.

  5. Graduate Scholarship: Graduate applicants should be under the age of 30 on average and possess a bachelor's degree.

  6. Doctorate Scholarship: Doctorate applicants should be under the age of 35 on average and have obtained a master's degree.

  7. General Scholar Scholarship: General Scholar applicants should be under the age of 40 on average. Chinese language scholars should have attained a Higher School Degree or higher, while professional scholars should have a bachelor's degree or higher or be in at least their second year of university.

  8. Advanced Scholar Scholarship: Advanced Scholar applicants should hold a master's degree or higher, have the title of associate professor or higher, and have an average age of 50.

  9. Financial Aid: Applicants should not be receiving financial assistance from the Chinese government or other organizations.
