Nearly 5% of higher-level students in the USA are international students from around the world— and the numbers are still growing. Everyone is welcome to the United States for studying without any gender or ethnicity-based discrimination. The University of Minnesota offers such scholarships yearly to welcome students to the campus. The International Student Scholarships will open the door to new and better opportunities for selected students and expose them to advanced learning in undergraduate, graduate, and postgraduate programs.
