Eligibility Criteria:

• Available to international students from any country.
• Applicants are required to seek admission to either the Master's or Ph.D. Program.
• A Bachelor's degree is a prerequisite.
• All applicants must provide the necessary documentation as specified.
  

Application Procedure:

To apply for the Open Doors Russian Government Scholarship 2024, the application process consists of two rounds for Master's candidates and three steps for Ph.D. applicants.

For Master's Level:

• The first round involves a portfolio competition.

• The second round requires candidates to participate in a problem-solving challenge.

For Ph.D. Level:

• The third round entails selecting a prospective research supervisor for the chosen doctoral program (similar to a Ph.D.) and undergoing an interview with them.

Applicants have the opportunity to select up to 6 universities. If your first-choice university does not offer the desired study program, your application will be automatically considered by the next university on your priority list. During the registration process, you can designate 1 to 6 universities based on your preferences.
