6. Other documents indicated in the regulations of the course to which the applicant is applying;
7. • Application for Recognition and Creditation of Competences in accordance with regulations in force (including syllabus contents and hour loads of the subjects to which equivalence is to be requested and discriminative certificate (*) (**)with the grades obtained).

(*) These documents must be authenticated according to the legislation in force (Decree-Law 28 of 13/03/2000).

(**) The documents must be translated into Portuguese, whenever they are not issued in Portuguese, English, French or Spanish and stamped by the consular service or presented with the Hague Apostille affixed by the competent authority of the State from which the document originated.
