As a merit-based program, the Cameron Impact Scholarship welcomes applicants meeting GPA and citizenship requirements, without regard to race, socioeconomic status, religion, sexual orientation, or other background factors. The scholarship seeks young leaders who exhibit a genuine passion and unwavering commitment to fostering various forms of positive impact. The unique aspect of this scholarship lies in the Scholar's desire to tailor their education specifically towards contributing to positive forces for change, showcasing a dedication to making a meaningful difference in the world.

Eligibility Criteria:

The Cameron Impact Scholarship aims to empower individuals dedicated to creating a positive impact in various professional fields. Approximately 25% of the scholarships will be designated for those aspiring to contribute to the greater good through careers in education, nonprofits, government, and/or the military, displaying a commitment to public service.

To be eligible for this prestigious scholarship, applicants must:

  • Maintain a minimum, cumulative, unweighted GPA of 3.7/4.0 scale or equivalent throughout their high school studies.
  • Be a full citizen of the United States of America.
  • Belong to the high school graduating Class of 2025, with plans to enroll full-time in a degree program at an accredited four-year U.S. college or university for the academic year following high school graduation.
  • Exhibit proven excellence in extracurricular activities, showcasing a well-rounded skill set and demonstrating leadership qualities with a strong work ethic.
  • Demonstrate active participation in community service and/or engagement in civic-minded arenas, showcasing a passion for making a positive impact on the world.

Application Procedure:

To be considered for the Cameron Impact Scholarship for the Class of 2025, applicants must ensure the timely submission of the following three components by the specified deadlines:

    Online Application:

    Submit the comprehensive online application, providing accurate and detailed information regarding academic achievements, extracurricular activities, leadership experiences, and community service involvement.

      Two Required Letters of Recommendation:

      Include two letters of recommendation, one of which must be from current school-affiliated personnel. Ensure that these recommendations highlight your academic excellence, leadership qualities, and commitment to community service.

        Transcript Certifying Academic Performance:

        Submit an unofficial copy of your transcript certifying your academic performance. This should reflect your cumulative, unweighted GPA of 3.7/4.0 scale or equivalent.
