Eligible Nationalities:

US citizens or permanent residents.

Eligibility Criteria:

    To qualify for Milton Fisher Scholarship, candidate must fulfill all of the following requirements below:

    • Required Language: English 
    • Eligible Countries: US citizen or Permanent Resident
    • Currently a high school junior or senior, or
    • Currently a first-time college student in the first year of an undergraduate degree program
    • Anyone else planning to start the first year of an undergraduate degree in the next fall or spring semester after the scholarship deadline
    • a student who has solved an artistic, scientific, or technical problem in a new or unusual way, or
    • a student who has come up with a distinctive solution to problems faced by your school, community or family.
    • A Connecticut or New York City metro area resident who plans to attend, or is attending an institution of higher education anywhere in the United States, or
    • A resident of any part of the U.S. who plans to attend, or is attending an institution of higher education in Connecticut or the New York City metro area.
