University of Agder Scholarships 2026, Norway
The University of Agder has announced a competitive funding opportunity for master’s students through its Equality-Focused Master’s Thesis Grant for the 2026–2027 academic year. This initiative provides five scholarships worth NOK 15,000 each to support high-quality thesis projects that integrate themes of equality, diversity, and inclusion across any academic discipline.
Unlike traditional subject-specific scholarships, this program encourages interdisciplinary research and allows students from all fields to apply as long as their thesis meaningfully addresses equality-related perspectives.
Degree Level
- Master’s degree students only
- Applicants must be enrolled at the University of Agder
- Thesis must be scheduled for completion during the 2026–2027 academic year

Note: The key requirement is that the thesis must include a strong focus on equality, diversity, inclusion, or discrimination studies.

- Submit a well-developed thesis proposal (up to 3 pages)
- Provide proof of university admission
- Show academic readiness and clear research planning
Note: Priority may be given to projects linked to the Agder region or addressing societal relevance.
