The Graduate Certificate comprises six courses (18 credits), featuring a combination of coursework and a practicum. The curriculum includes:

  • Agriculture Seminar Series
  • On-Farm Food Safety, Quality, and Security
  • Sustainable Holistic Agriculture: Planning and Practices
  • Two approved UFV courses (with at least one being an Agriculture Technology diploma course)
  • Practicum (a placement in the industry to apply classroom learning in a real-world setting)
