Applicants must possess a Bachelor’s degree (or an equivalent qualification) in fields such as Modern Languages, Philology, Culture, History, International Relations, or other Social Sciences and Humanities (SSH). Candidates are also expected to demonstrate proficiency in at least two languages at the B2 level (CEFR), which may include Finnish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Romanian, Spanish, and English as a lingua franca.
