Applicants must possess a bachelor’s degree in History or an equivalent qualification recognized by the board of examiners. A degree from the University of Bayreuth in History with a minimum examination grade of “good” (2.5) is required. If the grade criteria are not met, an aptitude assessment may be conducted, which can include an evaluation of qualifications and a personal interview if necessary.
