Scholarship Benefits:

The International Research Tuition Scholarships (IRTS) cover the entire tuition fees for a maximum period of 4 years for Ph.D. students and up to 2 years for Master of Research students. However, this scholarship does not encompass Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC), which is a requirement for the student visa. Applicants are responsible for arranging suitable health coverage for themselves and, if applicable, their family members.

Eligibility Criteria:

In addition to fulfilling UniSA's eligibility criteria, applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Newly commencing international students undertaking a research degree.
• Demonstrated high quality and research capability, as evaluated by UniSA.
• Supported by a robust supervisory panel, potentially with an end-user adviser, in a research-intensive setting.
• Currently receiving or having secured a fully externally funded stipend scholarship or a living stipend supported by external funding. (*Note: The living stipend should be provided through an externally funded scholarship managed by the University or arranged in collaboration with an industry partner, sponsoring body, or organization.)

Application Procedure:

International students holding external sponsorship or scholarships have the flexibility to apply for any of the listed projects. However, certain applicants might have specific conditions mandated by their respective sponsorship or scholarship providers.
