• Professional Experience: Preference is given to individuals with a maximum of 15 years of successful professional experience, demonstrating achievements in leadership roles.

• Minimum Age Requirement: Candidates must be at least 18 years old to qualify for consideration in the program.

• Bachelor’s Degree:

  • Possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational qualification.

• Advanced English Proficiency:
