   The 2024 Women’s Leadership Program represents the fourth installment of a dedicated initiative by Eisenhower Fellowships since 2010. This program is specifically crafted to advance women's leadership and promote gender equity. Set to take place in the fall of 2024 in the United States, this nearly six-week initiative underscores EF’s dedication to ingraining these fundamental aspects into the essence of its mission. The program seeks to bring together a select group of 20-25 accomplished women leaders from diverse professional backgrounds, with a primary focus on fortifying civic participation and advocating for good governance.

Eligibility Criteria:

5. A firm commitment to actively contribute to EF’s mission throughout one's professional journey is expected.

6. Candidates residing in countries beyond the EF global network must exhibit a regional influence and secure a written nomination from an existing EF network member.

Application Procedure:

The application process for the 2024 Women’s Leadership Program is carefully crafted to identify and choose the most promising female leaders. Here are the key stages:

1. Initiating the Process: Prospective candidates are encouraged to initiate their application journey by visiting the EF website, where they can access the program flyer and application form.

2. Application Submission: Applicants should diligently complete the application form and submit it along with any required documentation within the designated application window, spanning from December 7, 2023, to February 22, 2024.

3. Review and Interview Phase: Following the submission period, the received applications will undergo thorough review. Selected candidates will then be invited for interviews conducted between February and May 2024.

4. Final Selections: The final selection of participants will be announced in June 2024. Subsequently, there will be a preparation phase involving in-depth research, preparation, and planning in collaboration with the EF program team.
