- Leaving Certificate: 6 subjects at O6/H7, including: 2 subjects at H5; English or Irish at O6/H7; Maths at O6/H7 (or Foundation Maths at F2); and a QQI/FET Major Award (any) plus additional QQI/FET requirements (e.g., three distinctions) where applicable.
- GCE/A-level/GCSE: 6 distinct recognised subjects including: 2 A-levels at Grade C, plus 4 other subjects at GCSE-level Grade C, including English or Irish and Maths.
