Post-study work options (India):
After completing your LLB (Hons) at Manipal Academy of Higher Education, your ability to work in India will depend on the visa/work-permit category available at the time you graduate and the specific rules for your employer and role.
Typical eligibility considerations:
You generally need to hold a valid student visa during your studies and apply for the appropriate status/permit after graduation, if you intend to work.
Work permission is usually tied to an employment offer and employer sponsorship (where required), along with compliance with Indian immigration rules.
Some graduates may be eligible for specific post-study or employment-related visa categories depending on their qualifications and the nature of the job.
Important notes:
Visa and work-permit rules can change. Always verify the latest requirements with the Indian immigration authorities or your employer’s immigration counsel.
