ASEAN SOAR Together 2.0 Programme 2026 for MSMEs
The ASEAN Foundation, in collaboration with TikTok Shop, has officially launched the ASEAN SOAR (Supporting Our Artisans and Retailers) Together 2.0 Programme for 2026. This initiative is designed to empower Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) across ASEAN by enhancing their digital capabilities, expanding market access, and promoting sustainable growth.
Building on the success of its pilot phase, the programme will support 120 MSMEs across ASEAN Member States through training, mentorship, and regional exposure opportunities.

This programme is non-degree and focuses on professional development and business acceleration for entrepreneurs and MSMEs

Eligible Nationalities
Eligible applicants must be from ASEAN Member States, including:
Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, and Timor-Leste.
Eligibility Criteria
To apply, MSMEs must:
- Be legally registered or actively operating in an ASEAN country
- Have at least one ASEAN national in the team
- Be able to participate in English
- Offer products/services suitable for online sales
- Show basic digital presence (social media, website, or e-commerce platform)
- Demonstrate interest in digital growth and TikTok Shop usage
- Commit to full participation, training, and programme activities
Application Procedure
Step 1: Apply Online
Complete the official application form before the deadline.
Step 2: Shortlisting
Applications are reviewed based on eligibility, digital readiness, and business potential.
Step 3: Needs Assessment
Shortlisted applicants complete a survey to identify learning needs.
Step 4: Interview
Candidates are interviewed to assess commitment and scalability.
Step 5: Final Selection
120 MSMEs are selected for the programme.
