The Graduate Diploma in Mining combines core units that cover the fundamentals of mining practice with elective topics that allow specialisation in areas such as mine operations, resource modelling, safety and environmental management. Entry requirements

Admission is normally open to applicants who hold a bachelor degree in engineering, science, applied science or a related discipline, or who have equivalent professional experience in the resources sector. Applicants without a relevant degree but with significant industry experience may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

International applicants must demonstrate English language proficiency through recognised tests or prior studies in English as required by Curtin University. Applicants may also be asked to provide a curriculum vitae and references that document relevant work experience.
