Entry requirements

Entry is normally granted to applicants who hold a recognised bachelor degree in construction, civil engineering, architecture, quantity surveying, property or a closely related discipline, with a record of good academic performance. Applicants with a degree in another subject and substantial industry experience may be considered. English language proficiency is required for international applicants, typically demonstrated through an approved English language test or equivalent evidence.

Other requirements may include a curriculum vitae, academic transcripts and, for research pathways, a proposal and supervisor approval.
