What you'll study

The MS in Health Sciences offers a mix of core research training, applied coursework and elective specialisms. Students typically complete modules covering research methods, biostatistics, epidemiology, health systems and policy, and ethics in health research. Entry requirements

Applicants are expected to hold a bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution, preferably in a health-related, life sciences, social sciences or allied field; applicants from other academic backgrounds with relevant professional experience are also considered. Admissions decisions are based on the overall academic record, letters of recommendation, a personal statement outlining career goals and research interests, and a current CV or résumé.

• Official academic transcripts demonstrating a solid undergraduate performance.
• Two or three references from academic or professional referees familiar with the candidate’s suitability for graduate study.
• A personal statement describing objectives for graduate training and intended career path.
• International applicants must meet English-language proficiency requirements through recognised tests or equivalent evidence of prior education in English.
• Standardised tests (e.g. GRE) may be considered but are not uniformly required; check programme guidance for current policy.
