Programme overview

The Arabic Master of Arts in Theological Studies (AMATS) at Westminster is a 36‑credit online master’s intended to give ministry leaders and other Christian professionals a holistic grounding in Scripture, doctrine, church history and applied theology. The curriculum is cumulatively sequenced and integrated across disciplines; students complete a summative evaluation (comprehensive exam, integrative paper, or capstone project) to demonstrate mastery. The program is offered 100% online with multiple 10‑week terms per year and is accredited by Middle States and the Association of Theological Schools.

What you'll study

The core comprises nine courses that cover biblical surveys, interpretation, and key doctrinal studies, plus three elective courses. Core courses include:
