Entry requirements

• Verify your academic record via Secretaría Virtual (Consulta del expediente académico) with NIP and administrative password before requesting the title.
• Submit the expedition request through the Gestión de solicitudes (Solicit@) service on the Sede electrónica with NIP and administrative password.
• If you do not authorise identity-data consultation or you lack Spanish nationality/NIE, attach a copy of your passport.

Career prospects

The university issues a certificación supletoria signed by the Rector if a formal diploma has not yet been issued; this document contains essential title data (in Spanish and English) and can be used for professional registration or international employment until the official diploma is delivered.

Scholarships & funding angle (general)

• Payment of the diploma issuance fee is required and made through the online application platform; shipping costs if the diploma is sent to a Delegación/Subdelegación or consular office are charged per the annual decree (noted as 30€ within Europe and 50€ outside Europe in the procedural text).
• Requests for duplicates (for rectification, deterioration or loss) must follow specified procedures, may require publication in the BOE for extravío, and are subject to the corresponding fees established by the regional decree.
