13 Programs 5 Degree levels

A 12-month, English-language, non-thesis master’s designed for experienced managers who need tools to lead organizational change using action research. Suited to top- and middle-level managers (and their successors) in private, public, SME and NGO settings, the programme combines applied projects, executive-class teaching and international engagement.

What you'll study

The programme is a 12-month, non-thesis master’s taught in English. Teaching combines Sabancı faculty with senior executives, consultancy partners and international collaborators. Core required courses (each 6 ECTS unless noted) include:

The curriculum is project-centred: participants design and execute an action research project on organisational development/transformation in their employer or another organisation and produce an article on that project, with project activities integrated across courses.

Entry requirements

Applicants must hold at least a bachelor’s degree and have a minimum of seven years of managerial experience. The application begins with an online form and requires documents such as a diploma, a passport-sized photograph and an official transcript. Short-listed candidates are invited to a personal interview on campus. Classes are held at Sabancı University's Altunizade Digital Campus in the evenings and on Saturdays.

The programme prepares participants to lead and design transformation initiatives and to apply action research methods in organisational settings. It is aimed at top‑middle managers and their potential successors in private companies, public institutions, SMEs and NGOs who will be responsible for knowledge co-generation, team design, decentralised and co-managed structures, ecosystem management and innovation leadership.
