Entry requirements

Admission is for candidates holding a master’s degree in a relevant discipline; exceptionally strong applicants with a bachelor’s degree may also be considered. The programme expects a solid academic background, prior research experience and competitive scores in examinations such as GATE.

Graduates are prepared for roles in academia (including research and teaching), industry R&D and leadership positions in technology companies. The emphasis on publishing and supervised research also supports careers as independent researchers or consultants in specialised computing domains.
