CrossCulture Programme (CCP) Fellowships 2026, Germany (Fully Funded)
The CrossCulture Programme (CCP) Fellowships is a prestigious, fully funded international fellowship supported by the German Federal Foreign Office and implemented by ifa (Institut für Auslandsbeziehungen). The programme aims to strengthen civil society by enabling professionals and volunteers from over 40 participating countries to gain international work experience, build global networks, and enhance transcultural skills through a 2–3 month professional placement in Germany or CCP partner countries.

Applicants must be nationals of one of the following participating countries:

Note: Participating countries may vary annually based on agreements with the German Federal Foreign Office.
Eligibility Criteria
To apply for the CCP Fellowships 2026, applicants must meet the following requirements:
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum age: 23 years at the time of application
- At least 2 years of professional or volunteer experience in a civil society organization
- Strong spoken and written English proficiency
- Ability to undertake a 2–3 month stay abroad
- Must be currently employed or actively volunteering
Note: Students are not eligible
Desirable Criteria
- Long-term commitment to social or community development
- Existing or planned collaboration with a host organization
- Additional language skills (especially German)
Application Procedure
The application process for the CCP Fellowships 2026 is completely online and consists of three steps:
Step 1: Select Country Call
Choose the appropriate country-specific call on the CCP application portal.
Step 2: Complete Online Application
Upload the following documents:
- CV in English
- Letter of Recommendation from a supervisor (mandatory template)
- Photo (optional)
Note: Drafts cannot be saved — prepare documents in advance.
Step 3: Submit Application
- Submit before the deadline.
- Incomplete or late applications will not be considered.
