This interdisciplinary bachelor’s programme covers the foundations of international relations alongside specialised courses in national security. Core topics typically include theories of international relations, comparative politics, U.S. government and public policy, international law, and diplomacy. Security-focused modules examine national security policy, intelligence fundamentals, counterterrorism, and the intersection of technology and security such as cybersecurity and information operations.

Students also study research methods and statistics for the social sciences and complete a senior capstone or practicum project that integrates theoretical and applied learning. Electives allow concentration in areas such as regional studies (e.g. Europe, Middle East, Asia), human security and human rights, or the politics of trade and development.
