What you'll study

This programme combines core business disciplines with specialist modules in management and operations. You will study fundamentals such as financial accounting, managerial finance, marketing, organisational behaviour and business law alongside applied subjects including operations management, supply chain and logistics, project management, quality management and process improvement.

• Core business modules: accounting, finance, marketing, economics, business analytics and business ethics.
• Management and operations modules: operations strategy, production and service operations, supply chain management, project planning and control, lean and Six Sigma principles, and facilities planning.
• Skills and practicum: leadership and team management, negotiation, decision-making with data, operations simulation or lab work, and a capstone project that integrates functional areas of business.
• Optional electives: entrepreneurship, human resource management, information systems, international business and sustainability in operations.
