What you'll study

This master's combines core training in clinical research methods with applied topics in healthcare delivery, clinical science and ethics. Typical modules cover epidemiology, biostatistics, study design and methods for clinical research; health services research and quality improvement; research ethics and regulatory considerations; and advanced topics such as implementation science, outcomes measurement and precision medicine approaches.

Entry requirements

• Academic background: A recognised bachelor's degree or equivalent, typically in a health, biomedical or related scientific discipline. Applicants with professional healthcare qualifications (for example nursing, physical therapy, pharmacy) are also well suited.
• Experience: Relevant clinical or research experience is desirable and strengthens applications. Candidates with limited direct experience may be considered if they demonstrate strong quantitative ability and clear motivation for the programme.
