Entry requirements

Applicants are usually expected to hold a recognised undergraduate degree (or equivalent) or to demonstrate equivalent professional experience. Relevant postgraduate qualifications and professional memberships are considered. Employers often require entrants to have some managerial or supervisory experience; applicants without a degree may be considered if they can show substantial, verifiable significant work experience.

For international applicants or those whose first language is not English, an acceptable English language qualification is required. Selection may also involve an interview or submission of a personal statement detailing career aims and leadership potential.
