This dual-degree program combines a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management with a Master of Business Administration. The full program is IACBE-accredited, runs to 135 credit hours and is designed to be completed in approximately four years. Core coursework for the degree is delivered online (Baker Online and Online Live); some general education and prerequisite classes may be available on Michigan campuses. Core courses are not offered on campus.

Students enter the dual pathway as undergraduates. To receive the MBA after the bachelor, students must contact the Center for Graduate Studies once they have completed 60 credits toward the bachelor's degree. A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 is required to proceed into the MBA portion. Students may be admitted into alternative MBA majors, in which case the academic plan will adjust; up to 15 MBA credit hours may be taken during the junior and senior years and count toward both degrees.
