What you'll study

The curriculum is organized into a Drucker Signature Platform and three core groupings plus electives. Students complete 48 units distributed across these components and must demonstrate fluency in financial accounting by the end of their first semester.

  • Drucker Signature Platform (8 units): Drucker Philosophy; The Practice of Leadership; The Future Imagined; Capstone.
  • Analysis & Decision-Making (12 units): Business Analytics; Corporate Finance; Operations Management; Supply Chain.
  • People & Strategy (12 units): Economics of Strategy; Organizational Behavior; Marketing Strategy; Emerging Technologies.
  • Elective courses (16 units): Flexible electives to support concentrations or broaden skills.
  • Areas of concentration / certificates: Analysis & Decision-Making, People & Strategy, and optional concentrations including Marketing, Finance, Entrepreneurship, Information Technology Management, and Leadership (the latter for more experienced students).

Entry requirements

Applicants must hold a U.S. equivalent bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. Three years of work experience is recommended but not mandatory; the admissions committee prioritizes quality of experience over quantity, and direct management experience is preferred. International applicants must submit an accepted English proficiency examination score unless exempt under stated conditions. Required application materials include an $80 non‑refundable application fee, official transcripts from degree‑granting institutions, a current resume, and responses to the applicant questionnaire. Letters of recommendation are optional.
