What you’ll study

Entry requirements

Applicants must hold a BSN or equivalent and a master’s degree for the nursing leadership track, or a BSN for the FNP track. The program accepts transfer credits from prior graduate‑level courses, does not require the GRE, and has no application fee. Entry is open year‑round.

Graduates can pursue roles such as family nurse practitioner, nurse educator, nursing manager, director of nursing, chief nursing officer, health policy analyst, informatics specialist, quality improvement leader, or executive positions in healthcare organizations.

Messiah offers no‑fee tuition for graduate credits and allows deferred billing for employees receiving employer reimbursement. Students are eligible for federal financial aid, and the university’s tuition is transparent with no hidden lab or technology fees.
